2 things come to mind.
There is also a DB2 PTF group SF99701 for RPG with embedded SQL.
Stupid question but your not compiling TGTRLS(*PRV) ?
Just mention that SF99701 requires an IPL.

But when I try to compile a program I pulled from

It doesn't like any of it. I made sure I started at least position 8
I seem to still be missing something but I don't know what it is?????
