Well, I can't speak to actual "Testing Tools", but PTC Implementer will do a
fine job of managing the movement of code from development, to QA (one or
more, local & remove), to production (also local & remote).

It also integrates very tightly with the PTC Integrity workflow management
tool and Windows / *nix source control systems.

We support many 3rd party development environments (AS/SET, Lansa, CA/Synon
2E, JDE, etc) as well as having a robust RD for IBM i plug-in (developed by
yours truly).
