Another option might be to run the program with Performance Explorer turned
on for a hierarchical trace. That will show you exactly what the program
is doing right down to the MI layer. A couple of quick SQL statements to
drag the data out of the database and you're in business. It does require
running each program you want to flowchart though so that's one downside.
The other is formatting the data, but it has the upside of being very, very
complete and accurate. The other products rely on accurate source.

Hawkeye is also an excellent product. I stay away from Databorough, too
expensive and complicated for most folks.

Take a look at Hawkeye.  Last I knew, they had the ability to flowchart
(although the flowcharts as I recall were very simplistic).
