I would investigate the result of the Retrieve\Generate SQL DDL feature [Generate Data Definition Language (QSQGNDDL) API or via GUI] to ensure that the equivalent INDEX DDL is created properly from the LF [shown in the OP with the given DDS using assorted compare (CMP or COMP) tests]:

create index PRODCTL/F0005L1
on table PRODCTL/F0005
( DRSY , DRRT , DRKY )
where ( DRSY = '00'
and DRRT in ('01','02','03','04','06')
)
or ( DRSY = '09'
and DRRT in ('22', '23', '24', '25', 'LT', '11')
)

Or even perhaps, eventually, replace the DDS S\O LF with effectively that [sparse index] SQL INDEX.
