Hey all, it's been a while since I have posted.

We are trying to setup one of our new printers, it's a Canon iR-ADV C5045.
This is one of those printers where you need to enter in a department code
in order to print. When I print from Windows, a second screen pops up
prompting me for a department code. I enter in the code then it prints.

We tried to setup up a printer device and tried sending a test print and
the spool file sat in a PND status. My thoughts went to that department
code that we need to enter. Does anyone have experience with that? How do
you "bypass" or enter that code?
