Following an IPL for PTF apply, IPL hang with a C6004201.
I had to restart the partition from the HMC, main storage dump below.
LPAR is back up and running, no known issues.
Anyone every experience a C6004201?
Anyone know what may cause this, never had one of these.
IPL hangs at C6004201 indefinitely but power down and restart
recovers, and the IPL completes successfully
CORRECTION FOR APAR 'MA38226' :

When towers are powering on, IBM i Operating System can read
information that has not been initialized. Therefore IBM i
hangs trying to find the tower with incorrect information. IBM
i will now detect when the information is not set and will
respond appropriately. Due to timing characteristics, this
problem is most likely to happen when a system has not been
partitioned and that system has Integrated xSeries Adapter
towers attached.
