Hi

It means that you are only licensed for one processor but the partition is
able to use two.

If you check the 5770SS1 feature 5051 license key this most likely has a
limit of 1 processor. There's a good chance that the LPAR is running
uncapped and the system has two processors installed, or the LAP is
assigned to a shared processor pool with two processors allocated.

In either scenario, the processor is able to use up to two processors which
is outside the entitlement.
