Subject: PMR system is down.
You can call in a PMR, but the system that creates the records is down.
I was told to expect a call back with a PMR number and a technical
resource on the line. What normally is a live transfer is now up to
over 1/2 hours waiting for the call. In this case I can wait, but I wonder how someone who has a priority 1 problem will feel with a wait this long........
