Just to stick my nose in where it doesn't belong...

If we take the high end of that range, the vast majority of the world would absolutely love to make $40/hour.

My point? Most of us on this list have been very, VERY blessed, to do what we love and make a very good living at it. I'm not trying to debate the point, just trying to put things in perspective.
