I get what you are saying. My goal is to encourage IBM to come out with a
PTF that will start using a newer version of bind. (Providing that
doesn't break something else.)
In the past I had to slap them silly but they did finally submit and fix a
very similar report. I actually think it was the last time a bind level
was obsoleted.
