Look at the complete message from the job log ... position the cursor on the message and press F1=Help -- look at the extended text.

Also, many *ESCAPE messages will have additional *DIAGnostic messages preceding them in the job log.

The message details for one of those messages should help to identify what is wrong (or "missing".)
