Michael,

I tried it with a printer file in an existing program and got a message
that the file was not open. When that program runs without the TOSTMF and
WSCST parameters, the report goes to the spool file with no issues.

Try a different print file. That print file is for the library list
printing...maybe something is wrong with that.

WSCST(*QSYS/QCTXPDF) OVRSCOPE(*JOB) with the same result.

I tried a similar OVRPRTF command with a working program and got a

similar

message that stated that the printer file was not open.

I've checked that the Portable Application Solutions Environment (PASE)

and

the IBM® Transform Services for i5/OS® licensed program (5761-TS1) are
installed.
