There's the rub. "so far as object conversion goes". Object conversion
is a part of it. A HUGE part of it. However there are other parts which
may be significant for your installation.
- SQL differences.
- java version support.
etc
None of these are insurmountable. And if you've gotten past the object
conversion then addressing these should be small potatoes. That being
said, they still need to be addressed.
