Don't blame it on the manuals - blame it on misuse of the manuals.
You CANNOT use the top url in your browser to get to the point you are
currently at in the manual.
You need to find a point which will point to that point. A blue
highlighted area for example like
http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/iseries/v7r1m0/topic/db2/rbafzlimtabs.htm
In Firefox I right click on the blue highlighted area and select "Copy
Link Location".

You can also search Infocenter for system limitations. That's how I
originally found this. Back in the old manuals you are so fond of I don't
think they had this. It was a separate manual entitled system limitations
or some such thing.

If you search for Maximum triggers you will see SQL Limits on the results
list, granted tis would have been nice to be closer to the top.
