I was involved in a similar situation once in my career ... Software was free, it took 5 programmers from the consulting group and $800K later to get it to work.

Chamara, Depending on the type of business you have (the industry segment you are in), you might find some smaller, best-of-breed ERP providers that suit your needs even better than SAP, Infor, Oracle, JD Edwards (World or Enterprise 1).
