Well, despite not seeing the end of the video, I've successfully followed its example, and made PDFs of my library list using OVRPRTF, even trying it with a number of different overlays I had from the customer project.

One thing I noticed rather quickly: the color fidelity on overlays is, if anything, a bit worse than that of the Gumbo product. And the color gets mangled in different ways: where Gumbo rendered my "colorwheel test" overlay in muted shades of blue, green, gray, brown, and purple, OVRPRTF rendered it in a few more shades of blue and green, but turned everything else into shades of gray and black. Anybody have any experience with this phenomenon?
