If she used F13 or F16 then cute wrappers for DSPMSG aren't going to cut
it.
Um, stop using break messages? From what I've discovered the few people
who insist on break messages always do it on an extra session they rarely
check. Break messages on their primary session totally blow their
concentration when typing.
Use MessengerPlus by Bytware to email them messages of import.
