INSPTF will apply prerequisites and co-requisites as well as permanently
apply some PTFs as a part of its installation process. There's no way
around it that I am aware of, other than to just wait and use option 8
from the PTFs menu and IPL right away. If you look at the log you'll
see quite a bit of activity with any group during INSPTF.
