SOX doesn't care who reads the data... updating the (financial) data is
another story; that's where all of SOX's controls are at
HIPPA and PCI on the other hand do care about who can read "sensitive"
data...but note that neither classify SOX financial data as sensitive.
Though your company management probably does.
