trctcpapp *smtp are pretty wild.
I tried:
trctcpapp app(*MSF) set(*ON)
trctcpapp app(*SMTPAPI) set(*ON)
trctcpapp app(*SMTPCLT) set(*ON)
trctcpapp app(*SMTPSVR) set(*ON)
Then sent mail ...
trctcpapp app(*MSF) set(*END)
trctcpapp app(*SMTPAPI) set(*END)
trctcpapp app(*SMTPCLT) set(*END)
trctcpapp app(*SMTPSVR) set(*END)
I was expecting spool files to be generated, but there were none. I'm using net.data dtw_sendmail() api to send mail. Does this mean that dtw_sendmail() doesn't use IBM's mail framework?
