The old user tools were effectively removed many years ago, when TAATOOLS became a vendor product.

There are newer things in the QUSERTOOL collection, however, and often there are bits that need to be restored - the option is distributed as a bunch of SAVFs.

Take a look at the AAAAREADME member in QATTINFO - you'll see this statement -

Tools that have been deleted for V3R6M0 can be found in the table below.

After that is a list of these tools, and it includes CVTOBJLCK.
