Actually it can be either 6.1 or 6.1.1 version of LIC.

It's a bad number, but remember 6 on 6 on 6. It must be at least Power6 (or better) hardware, the hosting partition must be 6.1 (or higher), and the client partition must be 6.1 (or higher).
