not sure what site you got access to but if it was the
"Entitled software support" site
http://www-304.ibm.com/servers/eserver/ess/OpenServlet.wss
you should be able to download the latest OS and LIC from there.

I have had good luck finding the latest for the recent releases here:
ftp://testcase.boulder.ibm.com/fromibm/os400

I tried to do this (order actual DVDs instead of a download and burn),

but

the only items that showed up were:

5722-WE2, Web Enablement for i5/OS 5798-FAX, IBM Facsimile Support

for

iSeries

I'm looking for DVDs of the LIC and OS since mine are from September

2010

and there are 4 resave levels newer than mine.

Am I in the right place or no? I just got access to the site this

morning.
