Hi, all.

I've run into two rare situations now where a java program was trying to
access a file in the IFS and it threw an error like this:

java.io.IOException: The specified device does not exist.
at sun.nio.ch.FileChannelImpl.map0(Native Method)
at sun.nio.ch.FileChannelImpl.map(FileChannelImpl.java:791)

......

Both time the issue was caused because the file in the IFS was being
journaled.

The error seems like its saying it can't access the file. But other
commands, IFS APIs, etc seem to have no issues with it.

Any ideas on why this happens?
