IBM finally provided me with a fix that worked very well...

You can change the default value for Initial ASP Group, within the Advanced Job Scheduler with this command:

CHGDTAARA DTAARA(QUSRIJS/QIJSPM (405 10)) VALUE('IASP1 ')
