With sadness in our hearts, but joy that he is no longer suffering I want to tell you that my dad passed away peacefully at 3:40pm today. While he suffered greatly during the last few days he was able to rest comfortably during his last hours. We already miss him.

Tentative funeral plans are :
Friday, January 25th Hampton Gentry Funeral Home Plainfield.
Visitation 11-1 with services to follow.
There will be a Celebration of Life Event, time to be determined. Please check back for more details.

On behalf of all the family thank you so much for the love and support you all have shown over the last few months. We could not have gotten through it without you.
----------

midrange.com will be making a donation to the ALS Association, Indiana Chapter, in Chuck's memory (alsaindiana.org).
