Ok, so this answer is rather shoot from the hip but what are your system
values for QALWOBJRST &
Change QALWOBJRST to *ALL and QVFYOBJRST to 1 and try again. Change back
upon completion. I used to have to change one of these on an lpar every
time before applying PTF's.
