Subject says it all. IBM i 6.1. I varied off the Ethernet line to make
some configuration changes and intended to connect using the Operations
console (should have done it the other way around I guess). Ops console
prompted me for Service tools user ID and password and console only
displays a screen with the following highlighted at the bottom:
Console recovery / take over is currently turned off.
Remote Control Panel does not display so I am not exactly sure how to
proceed. I could force an IPL the hard way but if there is a graceful
way to recover, I'd love to hear it.
