Now that I've confused everyone...
The target lpar (guest) has
Resource Type Status Text
CMB03 268C Operational Combined function IOP
LIN04 6B26 Operational Comm Adapter
CMB04 6B03 Operational Comm Processor
LIN02 6B03 Operational Comm Adapter
CMN01 6B03 Operational Comm Port
CMB05 6B03 Operational Comm Processor
LIN01 6B03 Operational Comm Adapter
CMN02 6B03 Operational Comm Port
CMB06 181C Operational Comm Processor
LIN03 181C Operational Comm Adapter
CMN03 181C Operational Ethernet Port

I am NOT using CMB03/LIN04. My line description LANLIN is using CMN03,
not CMB03.
According to my reading, a 6B26 may just show up if your system is
eligible for aggregate ethernet. It does not indicate that you're using
it. So I guess that means that simply putting on the right TR may add
that?

I am also not sharing any ports between lpars.
