That's it! The main portion was delivered late in December as part of
the HTTP group (SF99368 level 16). If you have that group and the
associated supporting groups on you have it.
Yes, it is the same as Systems Director Navigator for i. IBM has used a
different name for this new functionality to bring it into line with the
naming conventions.
