Have you tried opening your CSV in Excel? If it opens successfully
AND all the values are what you want them to be, then you can reformat
the numeric column(s) as General (or at least something that doesn't
have thousands separators) and save the file as CSV (the CSV produced
this way will be a little different than the CSV you started with) and
try using CPYFRMIMPF on the new CSV. Or you could save it as an Excel
file (.xls or .xlsx) and use other tools to transfer the data.

If the values are not what you want them to be when you open it in
Excel, you may need to do a little extra pre-processing.
