Load source is the last one: I/O Adapter 0, I/O Bus 0, Ctl 0.
The controller number sequence matches the NWSSTG sequence. (Subtract 1
from the NWSSTG Sequence number to get the CTL number.)
NOTE: I know this is correct for new setups and drives added. I've not
tested what happens when you remove say drive 3 some time in the future
and later add a new drive.
