A client of mine just got a new machine that their now infamous software
vendor ordered for them. It is divided into two partitions, and has one tape
drive.
I don't have access to it right now, but their vendor told them to just
configure a virtual tape drive and they could then toggle the tape between
the two partitions.
I told them that this wasn't the purpose of the virtual tape feature, but I
have never actually set up a box with this configuration. Google is showing
me stuff dated around 2005. Any pointers?
