I would have thought turning on multitasking (9406-825 with all four
processors turned on) and setting query degree to *OPTIMIZE would be
good things.

I vaguely recall trying to set QPRCMLTTSK on an 825 and being
disappointed because it's not supported on 825. Might be just feature
code 7418 though and not the model. I don't remember.
