Thanks Robert....yes, I knew that Windows NT wasn't supported. In fact, the software running on it, including the OS has long been unsupported. I DO want to replace the client with something more current. Biggest issue is the IVR application. There is no economical migration path and I haven't found (yet) an open source IVR application with a graphical designer for call mapping.

Looks like Client Access V5R3 is the most recent for Windows NT 4.0.
Perhaps it's time to upgrade the client OS?
