7.1 Lic .iso Size

I was getting ready to gen a new partition and decided to go see what the
latest LIC rev was. What I had was 710-D and it was about 725MB. I expected
that what ever the next level was it would be larger... Turns out 710-F is
approx 2.3GB in size. So just wondering for those in the know... Why it is
so much larger? Support for Power7+? PureFlex?
