After 25 years at the great bait shop I've given up on fishing!

I'm know this issue has been beaten to death many times but humor me. I have SF99707 Level 3 installed on a system and need to apply a PTF that has
MF99004 at a TR REQ TYPE. Does that mean I only need to load and apply
MF99004 or would I need to load and apply TR4 or I guess TR5 now that it's out? Thanks.
