What about IBM's webface product. We used it at a prior employer with great success. It took me around 15 minutes to convert a 10 display file with many module application to the web in about 1 hour.

Jerry... Since you're already working with RPGsp, you might be interested in tools like Genie and ProfoundUI that make it much easier to modernize your existing applications. unlike RPGsp, you don't have to rewrite them to get them online with these other tools.

Hi Scott - We've already downloaded those and did the test drive with Genie (when we first went with RPGsp almost three years ago) and just a few months ago with ProfoundUI.

My IT Director always wants us to review options/choices - his feeling is (and I know this is difficult to argue with) is that we spent the $$ on RPGsp because that was (at that time) what we thought was the most efficient way to get to the web. And then Open Access comes along, and it's advertised as the best thing since sliced bread... (which is what we thought of RPGsp a few years ago). His main concern is that if we go with ProfoundUI, what happens if another 'new and improved best thing since sliced bread' comes along and we have to start re-evaluating products again... he hates having to go to the CFO and ask for more money for another product that does what we thought the last one was going to do/did.
We even asked our sales rep if there was a way to get any credit as an RPGsp customer (no was the answer). The good news is that the IT Director is open to continuing modernization and he understands the value the i brings to our business.
