Key each time card, one at a time? That sounds like a pain. You should take a look at the quick-paced promotional video giving an overview of our Grade Book for teachers. If you don't have 7 minutes, jump to the grades worksheet, about 5 minutes in.

Each cell in a grid like that could represent the intersection of a worker, and a day, of a time card period. Significantly faster than 5250, no?
