No, nothing like that. The session list needs to be known far in advance of the conference (since people need to know the topics to decide whether or not to participate)

So, no sessions aren't cut based on attendance during the event. They're all decided far in advance. Last minute changes typically only occur when a speaker drops out due to unforseen circumstances (i.e. speaker gets sick, or has an emergency, etc.)

Sometimes rooms are switched at the last minute because one session ended up being too large for a room, where another session had a large room, but had fewer attendees. When that happens, the rooms are switched, but the sessions/schedules are unchanged.
