I don't know if anyone has noticed this yet. The "~drgdrp.tmp"
indicates that the system is downloading the file(s). I get that object
but in a few seconds/minutes, it changes into the individual spool
files.

I just dragged 10 spool files and dropped them into a folder and the
"~drgdrp.tmp" turned into a spool file name in about 2 seconds and each
file downloaded in about 10 seconds. I'm on V5R4.

Thanks, Chuck

1. RE: Drag and drop reports from iSeries to desktop

(Vidal, Concepcion)

----------------------------------------------------------------------

Hi list!

I am trying to download my spooled files, using iSeries Navigator, to my
desktop but when I select a bunch of spooled files and drop them on my
desktop, the file named "~drgdrp.tmp" appears and that is all that
happens.

Any ideas?

This is v6R1.

TIA,

Peter Vidal
