What's in the *USERASCII file ?
Is it a PDF already or what's the data ?
Our Email Report Server/400 MAILSPLF command can email *USERASCII files in their RAW format or we can convert PCL to PDF.

Is there any product for the i that will allow the email of a *USERASCII
spool file as a PDF file?
Since the *USERASCII spool file can not be viewed or copied, my current
email program is not able to do this.
