Just assisted a colleague who was trying to install the 64bit version and
once he had both of the VC++ 32 and 64 patches on all went well.

Shouldn't you be installing the 64bit version if the OS is 64bit? Just a
thought.

Not sure what the issue is but I downloaded and then ran the installer
for iAccess Service Pack SI45664. I have the 32 bit version on this 64
bit machine and I did apply the VC++ patch for 64bit and 32bit that IBM
recommended . I downloaded the 32bit installer and ran it as
administrator (and not) But I receive this error as the installer begins
to check for disk space: "error 2721.Custom action
CWBVerifyPrerequisites64 not found in Binary table stream" Seems to be
an MS Installer error but I'll be danged if I know where the issue resides.

Anybody see this before? I scanned the archives and no joy. Googling
turned up nothing useful.
