How to Navigate On Database Fields?

Hi Friends;

Can you please how I can inquire and know the database columns and field
names (together with their real names/synonyms ) in AS/400 ISeries?

Through AS/400 Operations Navigator? or through any other supplemental
tools?

*For example*:

*GLPN.....G/L Period Number*
*GLLT......Ledger Type*
*GLDCT........Document Type*
*GLDOC........Document Number*

Maybe it's one of the minor issues for most of you (IBM experts), however a
major question for such non-technical persons like me :)
