I find it is real easy to use triggers to write the manipulated data to a library dedicated to the data replication. Your production data is basically massaged and copied to a library just for BizTalk. You then take the clean data from there to your BizTalk server utilizing the most cost effective way to replicate the data to the .NET platform. Can the Biztalk read directly from the iSeries utilizing OBDC or JBDC?
