Al, on 7.1 I don't see the settings in green screen, but I did find them on
the GUI and changed them.

I don't know about different versions, but at V6R1 the graphical interface
has an option to specify "Shut down TCP/IP servers" on the Before tab. The
After tab has a corresponding option to "Start TCP/IP servers". The green
screen seems to show those settings, but not allow the user to change
them.
