The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

Make sure the user's iSeries -and- network profiles and passwords match.
Make sure the iSeries password was changed using the 'green-screen' interface, not the pop-up Windows box! There are 'issues' with case-sensitivity! Everything should be lower-case!
If you're using an ODBC connection, make sure the connection name is spelled correctly in the application-- it is -very- case-sensitive!
