It appears to be that the external program CONVERTTOIDATE hasn't been registered as a function or stored procedure within the database so SQL can use it.
This is normally done with a CREATE FUNCTION or CREATE PROCEDURE command being run in SQL.
Is it possible an installation step for iDate was missed?
I'm not familiar with that product, but we have internal programs here that do these CREATE commands as embedded SQL so that external programs can be used within SQL or via ODBC.
