The error [unstated; no SQL#### provided, but presumably SQL0204] is not diagnosing a PATH issue; i.e. the function resolution is presumably working fine, such that the function ConvertToDate was located. Instead, the error is the equivalent of CPF9801 "Object DATE in library MODULES not found." for a CL request to CHKOBJ MODULES/DATE *SRVPGM
