You can use the *OUTFILE capabilities of the DSPDIRE command.

For example:
DSPDIRE USER(&USERID) OUTPUT(*OUTFILE) OUTFILE(QTEMP/QAOSDIRB) OUTFILFMT(*TYPE2)
or
DSPDIRE USER(&USERID) OUTPUT(*OUTFILE) OUTFILE(QTEMP/QAOSDIRX) OUTFILFMT(*TYPE3)

Then, DCLF the *FILE in your CL program and RCVF to read the data ... see the contents of field DFCACP or DXCACP.
